Hello short hair !

· Fashion

My hair has been relieved of a few inches! I’m happy to be returning to this super-easy hairstyle (not that my bob was all that hard to look after …)

My Momo-mummy and my SO who had been campaigning for a return of the shorter hairstyle are now happy, and I won’t be getting any more “when are you cutting your hair?” pleas, as had been the case for the last couple months.

And to celebrate this new haircut, I’m wearing a breezy retro dress, in a more feminine style than what I am generally used to (since I am now constantly channeling my inner -tomboy with my hair, I’m unconsciously balancing it off with my outfit).

Paired with my incredible finds that you saw last time, I find it gives me a very “post-war frenchy look”, don’t you think? (English translation by Bleu Marine)

Unexpected feminine discovery

Ballerinas Mademoiselle R

I am in a constant pursuit of the feminine AND comfortable shoes… but rarely satisfied.

It is always difficult for me to find shoes comfortable enough to walk in for a long time, and which are also as delicate as my so-loved sneakers. I exclude almost instantly heels higher than 2.4 inches which limits my choice. In short, my endless dilemma haha!

Ballerinas Mademoiselle R
Paper ball Miss Etoile
Houses La Redoute Intérieurs

Nevertheless, when I found this ballerinas with medium heels (hooray!) with a thin bridle a lot alike the Chloé’s ones, my hope came back! I walked during a whole afternoon with them without faltering.

You will see them in real situations very soon, but as for now, time for them to be in the limelight: let’s give them a round of applause, please!

Last appearance

· Fashion

Attention please! This is the ultimate post with this haircut because, as promised, I had my hair cut last week.

This angled-bob, I only say goodbye to it for a few months because I am already thinking about adopting it again this winter (if the new growth is not capricious!). Anyway, I really enjoyed having my hair a bit longer (at least, when wearing beanies or hats) but summer temperatures quickly convinced me that it was finally time to change.

While waiting to rediscover my short hair, here is the outfit I was wearing for the workshops, exhibition and chatterings at the Louis Vuitton family’s garden party in Asnières. You might have already seen a few glimpses on my Instagram account.

This day, when the weather decided to be mild, with a more than appreciable light wind, to enjoy the short break in the middle of this heatwave.
