Il y a quelque temps, la marque anglaise Barbour m’a demandé de participer à un projet vidéo : The Barbour International tour. J’ai eu l’honneur d’être choisie pour représenter Paris. L’idée était, via une vidéo Instagram, de montrer en 15 secondes un endroit inspirant de notre ville.
A short while back, the english brand Barbour asked me to take part in a video project: The Barbour International Tour. I was honored to be chosen to represent Paris. The idea was to show an inspiring place in our city through a 15 second Instagram video.
Le choix était compliqué puisque presque tout Paris est inspirant mais j’ai tranché et j’ai choisi les bords de Seine : c’est très « cliché touristique » mais c’est tout de même un lieu de balade qui ne me lasse jamais. C’est donc sous la direction de Günther Gheeraert (alias Mister Gü) que nous avons tourné cette séquence vidéo.
The choice was complicated, for just about any corner of Paris is inspiring, but I had to pick one, and settled for the banks of the Seine: it has a certain « tourist cliché » feel, but it remains a great place for a stroll. The video was shot under the creative supervision of Günther Gheeraert (aka Mister Gü).
La difficulté de la tâche était de tourner cette vidéo entièrement à l’Iphone 5 et par quelqu’un que je rencontrais pour la première fois de ma vie ! Heureusement, le courant est tout de suite bien passé, nous avons discuté de ce que nous souhaitions faire ensemble : une vidéo vivante et sautillante (ça m’arrange, il faisait très froid ce jour-là) et c’était parti !
The whole problematic of the video was to shoot it with an Iphone 5 and with someone I was meeting for the very first time! Thankfully, we got along immediately, talked about what we wanted to do together: a lively and bouncy sort of video (which was perfect for me, as it was very cold that day) and off we went!
