Cette jupe-short, vous l’avez sans doute déjà croisée sur d’autres blogs. Je comprends pourquoi elle a autant de succès : facile à porter et nettement moins prise de tête qu’une jupe (sécurisation du popotin grâce au short intégré). J’ai choisi de l’associer avec cette blouse brodée de trèfles à quatre feuilles.

Je sais que c’est la désagréable période des examens (ou de révision d’examens) pour certains(es) d’entre vous. Je vous envoie donc un peu de soutien avec ma blouse porte-bonheur : « Get lucky ! »

This « skort » (=skirt+shorts), you’ve certainly already seen it on other blogs. I get why it’s so successful: easy to wear and much less hassle than a skirt (guaranteed safety for the tushie thanks to its integrated pair of shorts). I chose to associate it with this embroidered four-leaf clover blouse.

I know that this is the unpleasant examination period (or exams preparation) for some of you. So here, I’m sending you a bit support with my lucky charm blouse: « Get lucky! » (English translation by LN)

J’ai fait un peu de shopping lors de mon séjour en Thaïlande mais étonnamment, je n’ai pas craqué sur les habits. En ce moment, le style thaïlandais est dans les tons pastels, avalanche de licornes et d’arc-en ciel : on ne voit presque que ça en magasin. C’était super joli mais je me suis dit que ça ne collerait pas trop à mon style, moi qui veux plutôt m’orienter vers le sobre.

Cela dit, j’ai failli craquer sur cette paire de chaussures à paillettes (« sobre » disais-je ?) mais il ne restait plus ma pointure et je flottais un peu dans la dernière paire. Me voilà revenue en France et je repense quand même à cette paire dont je n’ai noté ni le nom, ni la marque. Je lance donc un avis de recherche : Comme je sais que vous êtes des agents secrets hors-pair, peut-être arriverez-vous à me « Shazamer » cette paire ! Quelle marque ? Peut-on l’acheter en ligne ? Allez, je veux tout savoir !

I went shopping during my stay in Thailand, but surprisingly, I didn’t go for the clothes. Nowadays, the thai style is all about pastel colors, lots and lots of unicorns and rainbows: that’s all you see in the stores. It was very cute, but I thought it wasn’t really my style, if I want to strive towards sober.

That said, I almost bought those glitter shoes (« sober » right?) but they didn’t have my size anymore, and the last pair they had available was too big for me. I’m back in France, and still thinking about them, but I don’t know the name or the brand. This is a wanted notice: since I know you are terrific secret agent, maybe you’ll be able to « shazam » these pairs out of thin air! What’s the brand? Can I buy them online? Depuis peu, je me suis mise à cuisiner (Tout arrive un jour !). Vous avez d’ailleurs pu le remarquer suite à mes 2 essais ici et ici. Je réalise des choses toujours très simples mais je prends plaisir à les préparer (et à les manger).

Pour m’encourager dans cette voie, je me suis munie d’ustensiles que j’ai trouvés lors de mon dernier voyage à Bangkok ou sur le net. Petit tour d’horizon de mes dernières acquisitions :

I recently started cooking (everything happens eventually!). But you probably already noticed, following my two tryouts here and here. I always make simple things, but I really enjoy making them (and eating them of course).

For self-encouragement, I got myself these ustensils that I found during my last trip to Bangkok or on the internet. Here are my last acquisitions:

Moules en silicone / silicon molds Silicon Zone (found at Siam Paragon, Bangkok)

Des moules en silicone trouvés dans le supermarché gourmand du sous-sol du centre commercial Siam Paragon. Chaque compartiment est différent, c’est ça qui est drôle !

J’ai donc tenté de réaliser mes cakes au matcha dans ces moules et voilà le résultat ! On n’arrive pas à voir les différentes expressions du visage de Hello Kitty mais mes petits cochons sont plutôt pas mal, non? (… si on fait abstraction des 2 cochons « Van Gogh »)

I tried to make my matcha cakes in them, and here’s the result! You can’t really make out the different expressions on the Hello Kitty faces, but the little piggies aren’t bad at all, what do you think? (…if you omit the 2 « Van Gogh » ones)

La logique aurait voulu qu’il soit en forme d’abeille mais nous dirons que les oreilles s’avèrent être fort utiles pour verser le miel avec précision !

Logic should have made it bee-shaped, but let’s just say that the ears were very useful to pour the honey with precision!
